We can provide high uptime guarantees for production environments, typically after a few months of onboarding.
After a free 30-minute initial consultation, SDH will send a commercial proposal. Upon acceptance, we can proceed with a NDA Agreement if needed. Shortly after, we form a dedicated team to work on your stack. Our team adapts to your workflow and responds to requests via Slack, Jira, or email. Time spent is logged in Hubstaff, and we provide monthly reports upon request. Invoices are generated every 30 days.
